The WFDF 2019 Pan American Ultimate Championships (PAUC) will be held in Sarasota, Florida, USA from 3-8 November.
Ultimate in the Americas has seen tremendous growth since the first Pan American Ultimate Championships contested in Medellin, Colombia in 2011. Since that time, the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) has sanctioned a regional championship biannually with Brazil (2013), Mexico (2015), and most recently CaƱuelas, Argentina hosting in 2017.
There are more than 1500 athletes on 80 teams from over 13 countries competing within multiple divisions for the PAUC 2019. The tournament will take place at the historic Sarasota Polo Club home to the USA Ultimate Club Championships from 2000 to 2012. These world-class fields, once described like walking on clouds, have gone under extensive renovations under new ownership and will provide a wonderful setting for the tournament. There are over 40 full-sized Ultimate fields on site.
