About a month ago, Skyd Magazine announced a new instructional product on the market which is aimed at helping players take their game to the next level.
That product is Ulticards and are essentially a deck of cards aimed at every player from beginner to advanced, contain drills, skills, strategies and can be used whether you have 14 players or just you and a friend out practicing. They refer to the cards as a “training companion”.
One of the creators of Ulticards, Evan Phillips, was invaluable to my career when I was in my second year of playing. Evan has been a member of GOAT for many years and one of the things I remember about Evan as a teacher is that he made the game very easy to understand, he broke it down into steps and I appreciate all the help he gave me as a new player.
